• To use local food products ,0 kilometre and where possibile organic. Our breakfasts include cakes and breads lovingly home-baked,allowing you to taste the healthy flavour of nature to the full.
• To use only green detergents.
• To supply you with complimentary toiletries that are green and natural. In the bathroom you may use green soaps made from natural raw materials and certified Ecocert that are not tested on animals.
• To eliminate plastic packaging that is not indispensible as well as disposable packs.
• To choose an energy supplier that is 100% from renewable sources.
• To replace all light bulbs with those with low energy consumption
• To use solar panels to heat sanitary water
• To insert in the taps reducers of energy flow for minor water consumption.
• To divide refuse for correct recycling We also ask our guests to help us with this.
• To create our organic vegetable garden from which we take the produce for your meals too.
